Based on the Poc-it product, PowerCycler adds the ability to set the Phase Angle at which the power is turned on. When a failure is detected, this makes it possible to determine what the phase was when the failure occurred. Designed around the 80C752, PowerCycler has proven exceptionally useful in testing power supplies and power sources for intermittence.

One feature of Poc-it that is not available with the PowerCycler option is the display of the input 1 counter as well as the "ins/out xxx/x" display.
